Roeslan Ozdoyev is the founder and CEO of Ocean Quest Logistics, an AI-native freight forwarder based in Antwerp. After more than a decade working in freight forwarding, he started Ocean Quest in 2024 to build the kind of forwarding company he believed the industry was missing: one where technology handles the repetitive work and forwarders can focus on their clients.

His belief is simple: AI should allow a small team to move significantly more freight without losing the personal service that good forwarding depends on.
